Refund policy
Behtar Technology Private Limited operates and owns the platform with the brand name ‘SahiJobs’, (hereinafter to referred as “we” or “us” or “our” or “company” or “Platform”). This Refund Policy, along with the other terms constitutes the Platform Policies (including the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy & Refund Policy) and creates a binding agreement by and between Us and You (hereafter referred to as “you” or “your” or “users”) governing your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or Mobile App or services (as applicable) (referred to as “Services”.)
By using our Mobile App and availing the services thereof, you agree that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy including the Platform Policies. We reserve the right to modify and update these Platform Policies at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility and we expect you to periodically review these Platform Policies to stay updated and informed.
By accessing and using SahiJobs and avail the Services thereof, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Refund Policy including the Platform Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. General Policy
· Payment processed on our Mobile App and/or Platform for subscription or any other paid Services are Non-Refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds shall only be processed only in the following limited cases stated as under:
· Duplicate and/or erroneous charges processed.
· Technical issues on our end preventing your access to the Mobile App and/ or Service for a continuous period 24 hours.
· Any other cases where consumer protection laws or regulatory authorities require and/ or direct a refund.
3. Request a refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@sahijobs.com within a period of one (1) days from the occurrence of the event for refund eligibility, as follows:
· You registered account information (including phone number & email address).
· Date of processing of the payment of the purchase of the Services and the payment method.
· Reason for the refund along with other relevant details.
· We shall respond to your refund request within a period of seven (7) business days.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds shall only be processed only in the following limited cases stated as under within a period of seven (7) working days:
· Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only.
· The time taken for the processing of the refund in your account shall be entirely dependent on the payment provider.
· We are not responsible for any delays caused by any Third-Party to process your refund.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
· We reserve the right to modify or replace these Refund Policy at its sole discretion. If the changes are material, we shall make reasonable efforts to provide at least fifteen (15) days’ notice before they effect.
· Your continuous use of the Service after revisions indicate your agreement to the updated Refund Policy. If you disagree with the new terms, you must stop using and availing the Services.
